□ 합의록
○ Both sides agreed to continue the communication exercises
between the Emergency Centers on a quarterly basis.
○ Both sides agreed to organize, taking into consideration the
technical possibilities of the outer space communications of the
both sides, the test video conferences twice a year.
○ Both sides agreed to mutually exchange the competent experts,
alternatively, on the annual basis to attend the comprehensive
emergency exercises as observers at the nuclear power plants in
both countries.
○ Both sides agreed to mutually exchange information in the
following areas: reporting procedures to the governmental
authorities about a radiation situation, control and emergency
response.
○ Both sides reconfirmed their technical contacts as follows:
