in colour so that “blue button, “green light” and “red light” etc are clearly<br />

using EVM, you can explain to him the voting process using the cardboard<br />
model <strong>of</strong> the EVM ballot unit in such a manner that the voter is able to<br />
understand. This will be done outside the voting compartment only in the<br />
present <strong>of</strong> polling agents and never inside the voting compartment. You or<br />
your other polling staff shall not frequent the voting compartment, as that may<br />
