Creating an Item List You can search for items by either a simple, one-field query or by an advanced, multiple-field query. WorkFlows presents the search results in the top list below the search fields. You can then move any items you want to work with to the Item List. T o c r e a t e a l i s t o f i t e m s u s i n g a n a d v a n c e d s e a r c h : 1. Within the Call Numbers and Items group, click the Item Group Editor wizard. 2. Specify the values you want to search for in the advanced search fields. Some fields include a gadget to help you expand or limit your search, others let you select the search option either through a radio button or drop down list. 3. 4. Select the item or items you want to add to the Item List (these are the items you can edit together or use to create a group), then click the Add Selected tool. If you want to move all of the search results from the current page of results, click the Add All tool. 5.
