In the Index box, select a search index from the drop down list. 4. Specify the value you want to search for in the search field box. Creating a Group To create a group of items, follow the steps as given above for creating a list of items. Once you have done that, do the following: 1. Click Create Group. 2. Type a name for the group (up to 20 characters) in the Group ID field. You can also select Auto from the drop down list to have WorkFlows assign a group ID to the group.
