Transfer 50 µl <strong>of</strong> stabilate dilution series to respective columns<br />
Leave plates to incubate <strong>for</strong> 30 min at 37°C in a CO 2 incubator (record time)<br />
Shake both plates <strong>for</strong> 1 min on a Titertek ® shaker and return to incubator <strong>for</strong> a further 20 min<br />

Centrifuge the plates at 210 g <strong>for</strong> 10 min<br />
Decant supernatant<br />
Add 150 µl culture medium in each well using a multichannel pipette<br />
Transfer to CO 2 incubator (37°C) (record time)<br />
Leave undisturbed <strong>for</strong> 10 days<br />
<br />
Day 10<br />
Make smears as in Appendix I (B)
Change language
