Appendices 159 _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Transfer 50 µl of stabilate dilution series to respective columns Leave plates to incubate for 30 min at 37°C in a CO 2 incubator (record time) Shake both plates for 1 min on a Titertek ® shaker and return to incubator for a further 20 min Centrifuge the plates at 210 g for 10 min Decant supernatant Add 150 µl culture medium in each well using a multichannel pipette Transfer to CO 2 incubator (37°C) (record time) Leave undisturbed for 10 days Day 10 Make smears as in Appendix I (B)
