4.0 Statutory Auditors’ report This audit notably involved: Reviewing the internal control procedures relative to the drawing up and processing of accounting and financial information, as reflected in the information presented in the Chairman’s report, as well as existing documentation; Reviewing evidence supporting this information, as well as existing documentation; Determining whether any major shortcomings on internal control for the drawing up and processing of accounting and financial information that we have identified in connection with our audit are presented in an appropriate way in the Chairman’s report. On the basis of our work, we have no matters to report concerning the information given on the company’s internal control procedures relative to the production and processing of the accounting and financial information contained in the Chairman of the Board of Directors’ report, drawn up pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 225-37 of the French Commercial Code.
