An extract of the OSD for the switching scenario is presented in Figure 3-4. From the OSD, operational loading figures were calculated in order to determine agent loading during the scenario. The operational loading figures are presented in Table 8. In both cases the probes defined by O’Hare et al. (2000) were used to evaluate the decision making during the scenario. The CDM probes used are presented in Table 9. For the purposes of the CDM analysis, the scenario was divided into four phases; First issue of instructions, deal with switching requests, perform isolation and report back to NOC. The CDM analysis is presented in Table 10 to Table 13. 14
