Labour costs
Labour costs amounted to 14% of the total operating expenses and increased by 5% compared to
2006.
Labour costs included the costs of supplementary pension insurance premiums in the amount of EUR
556.327.
As at 31 December 2007, the Company had 1,128 employees. The average staff count in 2007 was 1,066
(based on the number of working hours).
In 2007, wages and salaries were paid in line with the General Collective Agreement for the Industry
Sector, Implementation of the Incomes Policy Agreement for the Period 2002 — 2004 Act (Official
Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, 59/02), and the Company’s Collective Agreement in effect as from
1 January 2007.
