Legal Assistance Resource Center <strong>of</strong><br />
Connecticut (LARCC)<br />
LARCC advocates legislatively and adm<strong>in</strong>istratively for policies which<br />
benefit low-<strong>in</strong>come <strong>people</strong>. In collaboration with legal services <strong>programs</strong>,<br />
LARCC produces community education pamphlets, self-<strong>help</strong> materials<br />
and other brief reports. All publications are available on the website.<br />
LARCC sponsors the Connecticut Alliance for Basic Human Needs<br />
(CABHN), a statewide <strong>in</strong>formation and advocacy network, which publishes<br />

and other hous<strong>in</strong>g activists and advocates. It also acts as the primary<br />
communication l<strong>in</strong>k for nonpr<strong>of</strong>it hous<strong>in</strong>g efforts. Coalition activities<br />
<strong>in</strong>clude policy analysis and advocacy, conferences and workshops,<br />
