This undertaking was not met; however<br />
dissemination of copies of the <strong>Education</strong><br />
Act <strong>and</strong> sensitization of the public on<br />
education delivery has been carried out in<br />
Barazas under coordination of the <strong>Of</strong>fice of<br />
the Prime Minister.<br />
The MoES protected at least 8% of the nonwage<br />
budget to procure textbooks <strong>and</strong> other<br />
instructional materials; however, policy shifted<br />
priority on orientation all P.7 teachers on the<br />
revised curriculum. Never the less, funds for<br />
this activity are programmed into FY 2012/13<br />
