! Treatment planning and conducting treatment team meetings with family members and<br />
clinicians<br />
! Implementing Continuous Quality improvement<br />
! Collaborating with schools, law enforcement, court, medical providers and others to<br />
ensure goals and treatment needs are being met<br />
! As necessary developing, implementing and evaluating written interagency agreements<br />
with LEA’s.<br />
! Maximizing Medicaid/SCHIP, private insurance and education funding<br />
! Coordinating, reviewing and authorizing direct care providers’ claims and bills for clinical<br />
and non-clinical services<br />
! Submitting required reports (fiscal, performance, outcomes, etc.) to DCYF<br />
! Comprehensive Care Network budget management<br />
