For <strong>VSAN</strong> 5.5, this advanced setting was required to go to 32 nodes. For <strong>VSAN</strong> 6.0, it<br />

is needed for 64-node support. In Virtual SAN 5.5, to check the existing<br />

configuration:<br />

esxcli system settings advanced list -o /CMMDS/goto11<br />

To set the advanced option in version 5.5:<br />

esxcli system settings advanced set -o /CMMDS/goto11 -i 1<br />

Note that in Virtual SAN 6.0, the location of the advanced setting has changed. In 6.0,<br />

it is <strong>VSAN</strong>.goto11.<br />
