11.2 Adjustment control<br />

CAM No.1 control<br />

PHASE 1<br />

Press the piston descent key until it has reached the lowest<br />

position allowed.<br />

PHASE 2<br />

Keep the ascent key pressed until the piston (A) stops<br />

automatically;<br />

PHASE 3<br />

Proceed according to the following steps:<br />

adjustment situation operations on GR. 1 operations on GR. 2<br />

INCORRECT ADJUSTMENT<br />

The piston stops before the metallic<br />

thump of the descending piston is<br />

heard.<br />

CORRECT ADJUSTMENT<br />

The piston stops after the metallic<br />

thump of the descending piston is<br />

heard.<br />

The motor is not forcing.<br />

INCORRECT ADJUSTMENT<br />

The piston stops after the metallic<br />

thump of the descending piston is<br />

heard.<br />

The motor is forcing and/or the<br />

machine gives the “Piston group<br />

blocked” alarm.<br />

Turn cam 1<br />

Check<br />

tightness of<br />

the screws<br />

with the 2.5<br />

mm “L” Allen<br />

key<br />

Turn cam 1<br />

anticlockwise<br />

If the adjustment is not correct, proceed as indicated in the chart and repeat phases 1 and 2.<br />
