Architectural Drafting and Mechanical Drafting

The purpose of this program is to prepare students for employment as drafters or architectural drafters or
to provide supplemental training for persons previously or currently employed in these occupations.
The content includes, but is not limited to communication skills, mathematical skills, leadership skills,
human relations and employability skills, safe and ef cient work practices, and skills to support architects
and engineers in developing plans for buildings, structures, and mechanical design using a variety of
computer aided design software’s.
