WOMEN’S MILITARY HISTORY WEEK<br />
Each year, the Governor may proclaim the third week of March as Women’s Military<br />
History Week. During the entire month of March, CalVet recognize the many<br />
achievements of women and we especially honor the contributions of those that<br />

CALIFORNIA WOMEN VETERAN’S SURVEY<br />
CalVet, the California Research Bureau, and the Commission on the Status of<br />
Women and Girls are preparing a third Statewide Survey of California Women<br />
<strong>Veteran</strong>s for release in the summer of 2013. The goal of this survey is to help us<br />
understand who California’s women veterans are, how they use services, and what<br />
