6.3.2 Evaluation setup<br />

M2Hz was piloted together with another Stadi <strong>TV</strong> add-on service (Super teletext)<br />

in December 2007 – January 2008. As the main Stadi <strong>TV</strong> broadcast service, Stadi <strong>TV</strong>,<br />

was not yet on air at that time, the services were provided as individual services.<br />

M2Hz was accessed via mobile Web where the users got the link from the evaluator<br />

in an SMS. The user was asked to set M2Hz as a bookmark to his/her browser.<br />

All the 27 panellists answered the web survey that included generic user acceptance<br />

questions and specific M2Hz questions planned together with Arcada.<br />

6.3.3 Results<br />

Of the panellists surveyed, 59% (16/27) had tried out M2Hz service. Five panellists<br />

did not manage to use the service because <strong>of</strong> technical problems and four panellists<br />

said that they did not have time to use the service.<br />

Of those panellists who had been using the service, 59% (10/16) said that they<br />

would use the service again if it was available.<br />

considered service discovery and taking into use effortless or almost effortless.<br />
