EIB. The Sozina Tunnel, improving the access road between Podgorica <strong>and</strong> the Port <strong>of</strong> Bar, is 12<br />
km long <strong>and</strong> was constructed between 2001 <strong>and</strong> 2005 for a total cost <strong>of</strong> 75 million euros, <strong>of</strong><br />
which 51 million euros were financed from the national budget <strong>and</strong> 24 million euros from EIB.<br />
No capital investments in the maritime sub-sector were allocated in 2005 from the National<br />
Budget.<br />
