4.4. Menu 1<br />

Below is a list of functions that are found under the Menu 1 key:<br />

Description<br />

Allows the user to register a name for the current<br />

program number.<br />

Sets the limits between which the Z axis will move<br />

during a program.<br />

Sets the status of the output signals when the machine<br />

is initialized.<br />

Enables or disables the program cycle counter shown in<br />

the display when in run mode.<br />

Sets Password to protect all programs <strong>fr</strong>om unwilling<br />

editing.<br />

Sets the value of the jogging speed, both the linear<br />

speed and the rotation speed (for 4-axis robots).<br />

Determines whether the robot operates in Standalone<br />

mode (default) or Slave mode. Slave mode allows the<br />

robot to be controlled by commands sent over the<br />

RS232 port.<br />

Sets Adjust Position for Adjust Origin.<br />

Sets all parameters about machine and controller.<br />

Determines if a program will restart <strong>fr</strong>om point #0 or the<br />

point at which it was interrupted if a program is stopped<br />

by an emergency stop or the enclosure door switch<br />

open signal.<br />

Executes origin searching, making the robot to go to the<br />

position established as home position.<br />

Shows the working time and running time of the robot.<br />

Edits PLC File.<br />

Views Input/Output status.<br />
