The USML contains the items controlledunder the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Category XIIcovers much of the optic and photonic commodities and componentscontrolled under ITAR. Most of the other categories have a<strong>lr</strong>eady beenaddressed, but they have saved Category XII for last due to its complexityand importance to both industry and the military.
