DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY7.2.6 How to Replace the Y MotorHow to detach the Y motor(1) Turn off the power, and then disconnect the power cable from the <strong>JW220</strong>.(2) Detach the left side cover (see Subsection 7.1.1).(3) Detach the left rear cover (see Subsection 7.1.5).(4) Detach the center rear cover (see Subsection 7.1.2).(5) Detach the right top cover (see Subsection 7.1.3).(6) Detach the right side cover (see Subsection 7.1.4).(7) Detach the right rear cover (see Subsection 7.1.5).(8) Detach the center top cover (see Subsection 7.1.6).(9) Detach the left chassis (see Subsection 7.2.1).(10) Detach the right chassis (see Subsection 7.2.5).(11) Detach the tension spring on the left side of the linear encoder.Note: Please wear gloves to protect the linear encoder from fingerprint or dirt.If you find any ink on the linear encoder, clean it with a cloth that has been soaked inpurified water and firmly wrung out.If there are any fingerprints or oil stains on the linear encoder, clean it gently with asmall amount of IPA (isopropyl alcohol).Tension springLinear encoder strip(12) Remove the M3L6 binding head screws on the right side plate that adjust the Y belt tension.Belt tension adjustment screw(M3L6 binding head screw)<strong>JW220</strong>-<strong>UM</strong>-<strong>251</strong>-93707-15
