ELECTRICAL ADJUSTMENTS8.3.2 How to Perform the Distance AdjustmentIf you replace the main board, you need to perform the distance adjustment.Preparations for distance adjustment• Glass scale (Larger than 60 cm)• Media (Coated media is recommended)(1) Load the media in the JW220-06.(2) Double-click KANBAI_ADJ.exe to start the adjustment utility software.(3) Select the JW220-06 from the option menu.(4) Click DISTANCE ADJUST button to display the menu below.(5) Click the Print test pattern button to print the adjustment pattern.The JW220-06 starts to print the 20-inch-square pattern.Measure the direction of the feed.508 mm(20 inch)JW220-UM-251-93708-6
