Joanna Kezia, Department of Statistics, participated in the Orientation Course,organized by the Academic Staff College, University of Madras, 15 November to12 December 2005.Other Faculty Development Programmes:• Eight members of the faculty - Dr. I. Kannan, Mr. D. Armstrong Doss, Mr. JojanJob, Dr. David Prabhakar, Mr. C. Livingstone, Ms. T. Shirmila, Dr. MekalaRajan, Dr. Thomas Rosy, and Ms. Feminna Sheeba attended a trainingprogramme in Human Resource Development at CLHRD, Mangalore, 04 to 13November 2005.• Thirty-six young faculty members of the college participated in a conference on‘Leadership and Future Challenges’ held at Scripture Union Centre, Kovalam, 16to 18 November 2005.• A conference for senior faculty members on ‘Mentoring and Leadership’ wasorganized at CReNIEO, Muttukadu, in which 41 senior faculty of the collegeparticipated. Prof. Sunny Tharappan of Aim Insights, HRD Group, Mangalorewas the resource person, 01 to 03 December 2005.• P.
