3.5 ORO World Wide Web Coordinating Committee (WCC)Another team that assists in the support <strong>of</strong> information management is the ORO WCC.The WCC is working to produce a set <strong>of</strong> standards and procedures for the creation,preparation, and submission <strong>of</strong> <strong>DOE</strong>/ORO-related information to be placed on theInternet (ORO WWW Home Page Guidelines).3.6 ORO EmployeesDRAFTThe key constituency for this Plan is the ORO employees who depend on a responsive,efficient IT infrastructure to perform ORO missions. They, along with the ORO contractorstaff, are considered to be valued members <strong>of</strong> the ORO IM team and vital to the success<strong>of</strong> the ORO IM function.
