The par value ofthe shares is EUR 20.83 (periodic). The only holder of the shares is Landes-Hypothekenbank TirolAnteilsverwaltung therefore 100 per cent. of HYPO TIROL BANK AG is owned by the federal state of Tyrol.The transfer of shares is subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board. A transfer of shares held byLandes-Hypothekenbank Tirol Anteilsverwaltung which exceeds 25 per cent. of all shares plus one, or bywhich the participation of Landes-Hypothekenbank Tirol Anteilsverwaltung falls below 50 per cent. of allshares plus one is subject to the approval of the parliament of Tyrol.59
