This class is devoted to understanding<br />

the neck, upper and lower back and<br />

ways to keep them stronger, more flexible<br />

and pain free. This class includes a<br />

short review of anatomy to allow participants<br />

a better understanding of the<br />

structures responsible for maintaining<br />

proper spinal mechanics as well as a discussion<br />

of the more common conditions<br />

that can cause neck and back pain.<br />

Common symptoms, treatment and prevention<br />

are also discussed. Participants<br />

will be provided and/or led through a<br />

complete flexibility routine to begin<br />

immediately!<br />

Often times, employees have a “nagging”<br />

injury or “occasional” ache and<br />

pain, but not the time to seek the necessary<br />

attention. Offered periodically,<br />

these consultations provide members<br />

with an opportunity to discuss their various<br />

health concerns. Discussion often<br />

includes possible diagnosis, causes and<br />

the latest treatment options including<br />

exercise recommendations. Fifteen<br />

minute consultations are scheduled in<br />

order to assure each participant receives<br />

individual attention.<br />
