Athlete’s Edge (AE)<br />
Conditioning Program<br />
is designed to assist in<br />
improving an athlete’s<br />
performance on the<br />
court, field, track or pool.<br />
AE programs are led by<br />
professional certified<br />
personal trainers and<br />
conditioning specialists<br />
with current or prior<br />
experience participating<br />
in or coaching athletes.<br />
Group Classes and<br />
Individual or Small Group<br />
Conditioning Coaching<br />
sessions are available for<br />
specific sport development<br />
or general physical<br />
movement improvement.<br />
All group programs are<br />
designed to progressively<br />
challenge the athlete week<br />
by week so it is very<br />
important to start at the<br />
first session.<br />
AE provides the athlete with coaching<br />
and tools that the professionals use.<br />
Program dates and times can be offered<br />
on other days and times per the avail-<br />
ability of the conditioning coach.<br />
