Online Registration Instructions
Online registration for classes and programs identified with the @ icon will begin
at 7am on Saturday, August 18 for CA members and Columbia Card holders only.
Registration will also be available in person at the facility where the
program will be held and can be made by using computers located at
any CA three fitness facilities. Non-members can only register in person
or by calling facility where class is held. CA members and Columbia Card
holders should establish “online credentials” before August 18 to register for
classes online. For online credentials, go to ColumbiaAssociation.org/
login. A screen will pop up for your login information. Below the
log-in fields will be a link “Don’t have a login?” Click on the link
and a screen will come up asking you for your member number,
birthday and zip code. When entering your member number, if
applicable, include the decimal point and the two digit number following
it (.01, .02, .03 etc). For birthdate, click on any date to get
the format and enter your birthdate. The screen will also ask for the
zip code of your home address. You should only enter the zip code
— not your street address. A tutorial for creating online credentials is
available at ColumbiaAssociation.com/SpectrumNG/create_account.cfm.
Once you have established you own login and password, go to the
home screen. There are two major icons for you to choose from —
Member Account and Program Registration. Most classes are available
through the Program Registration icon. Click that and select
“Change Facility” and select the facility of choice. (Membership
Service Center is the default facility, but there are no classes there).
Continue through the screens to checkout. The Member Account
icon has your membership data and also is where you would go to
register for “Series Sales”. Series Sales include personal training or
private lessons that require a specific appointment. This option is not
fully functional at this time. If you have specific questions regarding
a class, please contact the facilty where the class will be held. If you
have difficulty in establishing your account credentials, call 410-730-1801.
