Beginning skaters learn the fundamentals<br />
of aggressive skateboarding, in a<br />
safe and fun environment. Lessons are<br />
taught by highly experienced skateboard<br />
instructors who love the sport.<br />
A signed waiver form is required for<br />
all participants. All classes include<br />
loaner protective equipment (helmet,<br />
knee pads, elbow pads) as well as free<br />
skate practice passes to practice at the<br />
SkatePark. Loaner skateboards are<br />
available on a first-come first-serve<br />
basis and will be assessed a $10<br />
repair/maintenance fee.<br />

Join fellow <strong>CA</strong> members in this fun<br />
and free program! The Trail to Sleepy<br />
Hollow is a motivational fitness competition<br />
that will virtually take you<br />
across several haunted towns (including<br />
Cape Fear, NC; Amityville, NY;<br />
and Salem, MA) to your final destination<br />
of Sleepy Hollow. Each participant<br />
will be represented by a pumpkin<br />
on the posted trail which will illustrate<br />
your trek through each town by<br />
October 31. Mileage is gained by completing<br />
exercise session requirements.<br />
Each time you complete a workout,<br />
see the Package Plan Plus Member<br />
Assistant to log in your mileage. The<br />
trail will be updated weekly. T-shirts<br />
will be given to those who complete<br />
the trip through Amityville. Those that<br />
complete the entire hair-raising trip will<br />
be entered into a drawing for special<br />
prizes.<br />
