The handlesand eyes are designed so that the cable willnot interfere with the torquing of the clamp.The set screw that secures the clamp to a flatsurface is located on the movable jaw on alldesigns. When tightened, the set screw forcesthe fixed jaw of the clamp firmly against theflat ensuring a consistent low resistancecurrent path directly through the body of theclamp to the cable connection.
