13 th AnnUAL MEETing | Washington, DC USA May 19-22, 2010 21<strong>Gene</strong>ral Meeting InformationExhibitsExhibits will be located in Exhibit Hall C, <strong>of</strong> the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.The companies, organizations and institutions exhibiting at the ASGCT AnnualMeeting will be providing you with the latest information on products andservices directly related to your pr<strong>of</strong>essional needs, as well as recruiting for openpositions. An Exhibit Hall Social will be held on Wednesday evening and a c<strong>of</strong>feesocial will be <strong>of</strong>fered on Thursday in the exhibit hall. All participants are urged toallow adequate time in your daily schedule to visit the exhibits, as they are anintegral part <strong>of</strong> the success <strong>of</strong> the meeting.Exhibit Hall HoursExhibits will be open Wednesday, May 19 through Friday, May 21, 2010.Wednesday, May 19 7:00 pm – 9:00 pmThursday, May 20 9:15 am – 10:30 amThursday, May 20 6:15 pm – 8:15 pmFriday, May 21 6:30 pm – 8:30 pmGuest AttendanceASGCT asks registered attendees to refrain from taking children, spouses, orguests to any educational session or functions <strong>of</strong>fered at the 13th AnnualMeeting.Internet Access & PolicyInternet access will be available at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel to allmeeting attendees. Limited computer stations will be provided. When others arewaiting at the internet kiosks, please limit your Internet use to 15 minutes ata time so other attendees can access the internet as well. If you have a laptop,the Marriott Wardman Park <strong>of</strong>fers wireless internet access at certain locationswithin the facility. For guests staying at the Marriott Wardman Park in the ASGCTroom block, free internet access is available in their hotel rooms as well as thehotel’s lobby.Job BankAll openings posted as <strong>of</strong> April 23, 2010 on the ASGCT Job Bank have beenincluded in the Jobs Available Booklet found in the registration bags. Contactinformation is included in the booklet. Job postings for open positions andrésumés may be posted on the Job Posting boards in Exhibit Hall C. You areresponsible for providing multiple copies <strong>of</strong> your posting. A number <strong>of</strong> tables andchairs will also be available in the job exchange center for interview use.Lead RetrievalA lead retrieval system has been made available to all exhibitors <strong>of</strong> the ASGCT13th Annual Meeting. Exhibitors may ask to scan attendee name badges with ahand held scanner in order to obtain attendee contact information.Materials DistributionPlease refrain from distributing promotional materials throughout the meeting;these may only be distributed from an exhibit booth in Exhibit Hall C.MediaMembers <strong>of</strong> the working media may register for the 13th Annual Meeting inthe Press Room – Buchanan Room. Interview space, telephones, and internetaccess are available for the convenience <strong>of</strong> media representatives covering themeeting. Press must register, provide credentials, and wear their press badge foradmittance to ASGCT sessions. Assistance will be provided to members <strong>of</strong> themedia that would like to schedule interviews.No SmokingSmoking is prohibited at all 13th Annual Meeting sessions and events.The Marriott Wardman Park is a non-smoking hotel.
