Security guards willmonitor exhibit hall entrances for proper I.D. Exhibit booth personnel must showan <strong>of</strong>ficial ASGCT exhibitor name badge in order to gain access to the exhibithall during installation, show, or dismantlement hours. Independent contractorpersonnel, hired by an exhibitor to install and dismantle their display, do notneed to show exhibitor badges, but should possess identification that they areemployed by the independent contractor.
