We believe mostof them separate waste in their homes. We are talking about waste much more than before the beginningof the project. Quite a few people have contacted usand wanted to know what they can do with certain waste.WHAT WENT WELL? WHAT WENT NOT SO WELL?..At first we couldn’t decide which activities would peoplefind interesting. Also, it wasn’t easy to make contactswith the media. Both problems were solved with our firstactivity - Cleaning Mariborski otok, which caught theattention of the citizens of Maribor and the media.IMPACT ON THE SCHOOL’S EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMSome teachers included the topic of our project in theirlessons (art, foreign languages, physics, vocational subjects, biology).HOW DID YOU CELEBRATE?We celebrated the end of the project in the city center. We invited kindergarten children, primary schoolchildren and other citizens of Maribor.
