The next time you start Transform ScanCenter, the main window displays a message similar to the following.4. Click Done to accept the page order, image orientation, and page grouping.The Indexing Panel appears.Using the Indexing PanelThe Indexing Panel allows you to assign Transform Content Center document categories and relatedindex values. You can identify the values through manual entry or by selecting text on the image. Thedata type (for example, numeric, alphabetic, date) is automatically verified by the application. Youcan also suspend the batch if you want to temporarily stop working with the batch.When you configure the Zone Template, you define the Document Categories that should appear.The first time you process a batch with Transform Scan Center, you should set specific viewingoptions on the Indexing Panel so the window is formatted for easier use. The viewing options mayhave been set during the installation process.From the File menu, select View.• Deselect Toolbar• Deselect Status Bar• Select Thumbnails• Deselect Image View• Select AutosaveAutosave saves these viewing options. For future batches, you can deselect Autosave but it is notrequired.NoteYou should only use the Index Panel’s main menu to set viewing options.
