Configuring and Implementing FunctionsTransform Scan CenterFor information on each field, refer to the following table.ReferenceNumberOptionGeneral ConfigurationDescription1 Date format The date format must match the date regionalizationsetting of the archive server. All dates read on scannedimages are formatted to this format when exported tothe archive system.2 Currency format Select the currency format for your Transform ContentCenter.3 Currency characters &phrasesThe current list of characters and multi-character phrasesthat are automatically removed from numeric-type indexdata sent to the archive server.4 Configure Modify the currency character and phrases list.5 Trace Level Set the level of detail included in log files created byexport routines. The default value is 2. A higher numberallows the log files to contain more detail.6 Purge Days The number of days that temporary files created duringexport and archive remain.7 Disable send to archive If selected, processing does not send content to thearchive system. This option is for troubleshooting anddevelopment only.8 Minimum avail. drivespaceSpecific temporary files are automatically cleaned up bystandard Transform Scan Center. Enter the minimumavailable drive space for notifications before disk spacebecomes critical.9 Scan pacing When using a physical document scanner to scan, youshould insert short delays between page scans tomaintain a good connection between the scanner and PCinterface. After making changes to theTransform Content Center configuration, click UpdateConfiguration from Transform Content Center toupdate the local copy.Attempts basic communication and log-in to the targetlocation, which typically is a network shared folder onthe target server.Transform Content Center server connectionNote: Only one of the next two options must be configured. If both options are configured, thedrive letter connection will be attempted first, followed by an automatic UNC connectionattempt.15 Drive letter The drive letter of an existing mapped drive to theTransform Content Center input network share.16 Server name or IPaddress17 optional log-incredentialsThe name or IP address for the archive server. If a portnumber is required, you can enter it after the name or IPaddress, for example, 10.10.10.13:8080.Log-in credentials to use for the UNC addressconfigured above.
