OPTIONS. <strong>Conditions</strong> <strong>and</strong> prices.OptionsAgreed delivery date<strong>DB</strong> SCHENKERsystem (International)<strong>DB</strong> <strong>Schenker</strong> <strong>of</strong>fers unloading on a specified working dayfollowing our normal arrival according to the timetable. Arequest for specific arrival assurance must be transferredelectronically to <strong>DB</strong> <strong>Schenker</strong>.This option applies to unloading no more than five workingdays after normal arrival according to the timetable.SEK 225/consignmentNotification<strong>DB</strong> SCHENKERsystem, -direct, -coldsped, <strong>and</strong> -parcelIf the consignor requests notification before deliveryis made there is a charge <strong>of</strong>: SEK 60 /consignmentThe consignee’s telephone or fax number must be provided.The timetable will not be valid when notification isrequested. Notification cannot be combined with Express.Information about a planned delivery: SEK 5/notificationA notification charge will be payable if the consignor hassubmitted incomplete delivery details, or when the receptionfor the goods is unknown.International: To enable notification, a separateagreement must be made.COD<strong>DB</strong> SCHENKERsystem, -direct, -coldsped, -parcel <strong>and</strong>-hangartnerDomestic: COD can only be sent as an EDI consignment.COD amounts, bank giro account number <strong>and</strong> contactdetails are compulsory items <strong>of</strong> information when notifyingthe customer.The consignee should be able to pay by credit card onthe <strong>DB</strong> <strong>Schenker</strong> website, by telephone where<strong>DB</strong> <strong>Schenker</strong> administers the payment, or by directpayment via an internet bank or a regular bank. For printouts<strong>of</strong> EDI-waybills/parcel labels text is on a par with alabel. If a label is missing in the transport instructions/onthe parcel label <strong>and</strong>/or an individual parcel, <strong>DB</strong> <strong>Schenker</strong>is not responsible for collection <strong>of</strong> the COD amount.If the consignor has specified consignments as COD, thefreight shall always be paid by the consignor. The price inSEK, as stated below, must be paid by the consignor.COD cannot be combined with Express.
