In 2010 alonethere were several achievements: weincreased our capacity in China by 50%,we launched new products in Brazil andrenewed Slovakia’s entire product line.Our perspective is to move forward onour path of growth, consolidating ourglobal presence. For this, we have a verywell prepared team which year afteryear has been able to make a differenceand drive the business.How does the company prepare itselffor the future?The challenge is permanent. We wantto build an increasingly more globalcompany, which is a much broaderconcept than having an internationalpresence which requires a totally differentmindset. For this we seek to fosterdiversity ensuring inclusion. Embraconeeds to reflect, at all levels and functions,the geographic diversity of its operations.We want all regions where weare present to have a voice within thecompany. This enriches our corporateculture and represents a competitiveadvantage over competitors.
