In the first step, we performeda diagnosis of all units to identify thestrengths and opportunities for improvementin behavior on safety issues.With focus on continuousimprovements, we have beguna global project of behaviorbased safetyIn <strong>2010</strong>, we also entered into a partnershipwith a well-known international entity,AIESEC, a non-profit institution presentin over 100 countries that promotesprofessional exchange of students andyoung professionals.<strong>Embraco</strong> China has already received twoyoung Brazilians. <strong>Embraco</strong> Brazil hostsan Italian in Human Resources and aChinese will start her activities in communicationbeginning in SeptemberOur factories have OHSAS 18001 certification,the main international standardfor occupational health and safety managementand year after year we seekto improve our internal procedures.
