In <strong>2010</strong> alonethere were several achievements: weincreased our capacity in China by 50%,we launched new products in Brazil andrenewed Slovakia’s entire product line.Our perspective is to move forward onour path of growth, consolidating ourglobal presence. For this, we have a verywell prepared team which year afteryear has been able to make a differenceand drive the business.How does the company prepare itselffor the future?The challenge is permanent. We wantto build an increasingly more globalcompany, which is a much broaderconcept than having an internationalpresence which requires a totally differentmindset. For this we seek to fosterdiversity ensuring inclusion. <strong>Embraco</strong>needs to reflect, at all levels and functions,the geographic diversity of its operations.We want all regions where weare present to have a voice within thecompany. This enriches our corporateculture and represents a competitiveadvantage over competitors.
