Aspart of this pursuit for constant improvement,we conducted this year, for thefirst time, a structured process to definethose material themes for our businesswhen it comes to sustainability.The definition of material issuesfocuses on management andcommunICation of sustainaBIlityTo construct the materiality matrix wecounted on the support of an outsideconsultant, who based the work on twoguidelines. The first is the AA1000 standard– Accountability Principles Standard2008, which focuses on consultationand engagement of stakeholdersand was developed by AccountAbility, aBritish non-governmental organizationspecialized in these themes.
