The 2008 BCI Rules 34curriculum design, teaching and learning process, library and technicalfacilities and the feasibility of standard clinical education. The Committeeshall then submit its report in the prescribed Form together with allrelevant documents.For the purpose of recommending approval of affiliation to a new Centreof Legal Education, Rule 23 requires a specific recommendationidentifying the reason as to why such a Centre of Legal Education isrequired at the same place / area where the Centre of Legal Education isproposed to be started keeping in view the total number of existingCentres of Legal Education in the place / area in particular and the Statein general. Sub-rule (2) of Rule 23 provides that while considering suchrecommendation, the inspection committee shall keep in view theapproximate population of the area where the Centre of Legal Educationis proposed to be started, number of Centre of Legal Education along withthe total number of students therein, number of degree colleges as well asjunior colleges in the area in particular and the State in general.Thereafter, as per the provisions of Rule 25, the Legal EducationCommittee, after reviewing the report and other relevant materials,recommends action on each report to BCI.Two kinds of approval by BCI, on the recommendation of the LegalEducation Committee, are contemplated under Rule 26:REPORT OF 3-MEMBER COMMITTEE ON REFORM OF LEGAL EDUCATION
