If HUD criteria is not defined, the Our target is defined as“50% of the homeless population served by shelter <strong>and</strong> transitionalhousing agencies participating in the One Night Count”• 6 months minimum.• Begins at completion of Phase 1 closure period <strong>and</strong> continuesthrough the end of 2004.• Lessons learned are defined• Open Issues for Future system growth are resolved.• All Phase I <strong>and</strong> II agencies are submitting st<strong>and</strong>ardized data toAggregate Data Mart• Basic Level 3 functionality has been tested <strong>and</strong> is available forfuture phases.• Transition to the CSE is complete, <strong>and</strong> Maintenance <strong>and</strong> OperationsPlan for existing network is complete <strong>and</strong> in use.• Plan, proposed budget <strong>and</strong> proposed funding for future addition ofagencies to the <strong>HMIS</strong> network.• Meet HUD 50% reporting requirement by 10/04 (see AcceptanceCriteria note)• Level 3 (Inter-Agency Case <strong>Management</strong> Sharing) functionalitybeyond testing the ability to share among agencies participating in Phase1 <strong>and</strong> Phase 2 is excluded from Phase 2.OPEN ISSUES 1. Discuss/determine status of agencies with no system.2.
