The Group continuedwith measures to obtain accreditation in the safetymanagement field, with OHSAS 18001 beingobtained in November 2010 for its French Concreteand Aggregates business. This accreditation ispart of an overall campaign designed to develop asafety culture, without which no tangible progresswill be made.17.2. Share subscription andpurchase optionsAs of the date of registration of this RegistrationDocument, there is no plan to award subscriptionoptions to employees, or to members or formermembers of the Board of Directors (see section21.1.5 “Share subscription and purchase options” ofthis Registration Document).17.3. Employee profit-sharingThe Company and its French subsidiaries apply thestatutory scheme for employee profit sharing or,in some cases, operate under an exemption. Sumsreceived are invested in VICAT shares under theGroup Savings Plan (Plan d’épargne Groupe - “PEG”).In addition, the Company has put in place a profitsharingagreement. Money paid into this arrangementcan, at the employee’s discretion, be invested in theCompany’s shares under the Group Savings Plan orin other savings plans offered by a leading financialinstitution.Almost all shares held by employees are under theGroup Savings Plan.17.4.
