National Cement Company’s corporatepurpose is the acquisition, administration and financingof holdings in companies, in particular in thecement and ready-mixed concrete sectors.As at December 31, 2010, the Company held 96.84 %of the share capital of National Cement Company,Inc. and Parficim held 3.16 %.Vigier HoldingIncorporated on August 25, 1884, Vigier Holding is aSwiss société anonyme, with a share capital ofCHF 1,452,000, whose registered office is located atWylihof 1, Deitingen, 4542 Luterbach, Switzerland,registered in Solothurn under the numberCH-251.3,000,003.
