TOWN ADMINISTRATORConclusion: I wish to <strong>of</strong>fer my sincere appreciation to my administrative staff for their hard work anddedication over this past year, and for consistently achieving a high standard <strong>of</strong> performance. It is, and hasalways been, my pleasure to be able to work with such a learned group <strong>of</strong> individuals who make work bothenjoyable and worthwhile.Likewise, I extend my gratitude and thanks to all the employees and volunteers within our town departmentsfor continuing to excel in their respective positions. Collectively, they represent a team which always deliverstheir best and works for the betterment <strong>of</strong> our community. Not every effort makes the front page <strong>of</strong> the news,but I can assure the residents <strong>of</strong> our town that each day good things happen and achievements are realizedthrough the efforts and desires <strong>of</strong> many devoted and passionate individuals.To the Board <strong>of</strong> Selectmen, I wish to <strong>of</strong>fer my gratitude for the time and energy they expend for the <strong>Town</strong>.Further, I would like to also <strong>of</strong>fer my thanks for their support and trust not only <strong>of</strong> what I do, but for whatthose employees and volunteers do for the community, as well.Most importantly, I wish to thank the residents and business owners for their interest in and support <strong>of</strong> whatyour government does, and for taking time out <strong>of</strong> your busy lives to get involved through your attendance atmeetings, making calls to the staff, or writing letters. Through your involvement, we can come to understandwhat we do well, but even more we come to understand where we may need to improve to ensure the best foreveryone who call <strong>Windham</strong> home. As each year passes serving as <strong>Town</strong> Administrator, one thing thatremains ever constant is how truly honored I am to have the privilege to be part <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Town</strong> and theindividuals that comprise it.
