COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENTThe Community Development Department continued to promote customer service and efficiency in 2012to better serve the residents, landowners, developers, and businesses <strong>of</strong> <strong>Windham</strong>. The Department alsoresponded to feedback supporting the continued emphasis on community economic development outreachand activities. Although it is impossible to capture a year’s worth <strong>of</strong> activities in a few pages, some <strong>of</strong>the efforts undertaken are listed below.COMMUNITY & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT:The Department has an emphasis on working with residents and landowners to plan how the communitywill develop in the long-term.
