Company B’s facility, operating sinceAugust 1989 without any interruption, consists of mechanical, chemical andbiological recovery units which have daily 1000m³ for waste water recoverycapacity.To decrease the pollution mass coming through the recovery plant, the waterscoming from the deliming stock are passed through hair binding equipmentsbefore being released to the channels.The waste water is gathered through two different channel systems in thefactory and transferred to the waste water treatment plant through two otherdifferent channels. Without mixing chromium wastewater and lime waste waterwith each other, they pass through coarse screening, grit chamber and microscreens in sequence.
