Always check your Group Insurance Policy for specific details.MandatoryIf your Plan is mandatory, all eligible employees and their eligible dependents (if applicable) mustparticipate in the Plan.Voluntary/Non-mandatoryOnly employees in a Voluntary/Non-Mandatory Plan have the option to refuse coverage.
