7. Refusal of CoveragePay special attention to situations where employees decline coverage. The option to refuse coverage isnot available with all <strong>Plan</strong>s. Always check your Group <strong>Insurance</strong> Policy for specific details.MandatoryIf your <strong>Plan</strong> is mandatory, all eligible employees and their eligible dependents (if applicable) mustparticipate in the <strong>Plan</strong>.Voluntary/Non-mandatoryOnly employees in a Voluntary/Non-Mandatory <strong>Plan</strong> have the option to refuse coverage.
