3. RESULTS3.1. SONIAN FOREST3.1.1. GENERALDuring the five collecting moments (May 19 to August 13 2010), a total of 224coleopterans were captured by means of pitfall traps and hand capturing. Allof them were identified to species level. An overview of the number ofspecimens and the number of species per family is given in Table XIII below.The column BE / NL in Table XIII represents the number of known species perfamily in Belgium and The Netherlands.
