The MoHexpressed its <strong>int</strong>erest in puttingblood safety high on the policyagenda, and a draft NationalPolicy on <strong>Blood</strong> TransfusionServices was submitted by theNBTC for approbation.One of the major successes ofWHD 2000 was the creation of apartnership between the MoH/NBTC and the IFRC/CRC.
